These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and Dewi5000 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dewi5000.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Site").

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, shared, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or prior to processing any withdrawal. All games on the Platform are powered by licensed software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified for statistical fairness. The Company does not manipulate game results.

Dewi5000 supports multiple deposit methods tailored to Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Key deposit conditions include:

Processing times by method are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 1–4 hours; may extend to 1 business day.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

1. The Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal;
2. All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been met;
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily or monthly limit for your Account tier;
4. Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes, fraud flags, or compliance holds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from technical errors, platform downtime, or third-party payment provider failures;
• Loss of winnings due to game errors that are subsequently corrected following auditor review;
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your access to the Platform;
• Losses incurred through gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Where a game result is determined to be erroneous due to a software fault, the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. Announced jackpot or displayed win figures that result from a technical error do not constitute a valid win entitlement.
